Under Section 69A of IT act. additionally, citing government sources, that 47 more Chinese apps are under scanner for violation of national security and user privacy.

The government also reportedly prepared a list of 250 apps of which 47 apps have been alleged to be sharing data with Chinese agencies. The officially listed apps will be released soon.As per the report, a list of 250 apps includes big names such as PUBG mobile, Resso unlike Tik - Tok owner Byte dance is also listed that are banned in India.
